Team
The ProCure On-Demand Recovery Team consists of a network of accomplished surgeons, surgical assistants and perfusionists that provide the highest quality of service, expertise and care. If you are a skilled clinician and looking to make the transplant community better by being a part of a transformative solution - we want to hear from you.
ProCure surgeons consist of a variety of world renowned cardiac, thoracic and abdominal surgeons that are located across the United States. What does it take to join our network? We are looking for the best surgeons and people. Our surgeons have training in transplant and organ procurement, strong industry endorsements and exemplary leadership and collaboration skills.
Surgeons
ProCure certified clinical perfusionists (CCPs) provide critical support within the recovery process. We look for perfusionists that excel at machine perfusion and management. Additional skills needed are: the highest attention to detail, the ability to quickly adapt during high-stress situations and a commitment to teamwork.
Perfusionists
We are interested in first assistants that will strengthen the team and the entire organ recovery process. If you have deep technical skills and are looking to be a partner in the operating room - and want to impact the broader goal of making the entire organ recovery process better and more efficient - please reach out.
