Who We Are

Values
Courage to challenge the status quo
ProCure On-Demand believes in order to see transformational change, we need to continually challenge the status quo, ask difficult questions, and create new pathways. Courage is mandatory. Incremental change won’t be enough - bold innovation is necessary to define a better way forward for donors and patients.
Considerate collaboration
Every minute counts during the organ transplant process, so each day brings high-pressure situations that involve many different people, tremendous amounts of data, and complex logistical challenges. In our company, we believe that teamwork is critical to success. But even in the high pressure space where we spend our time, we must work together with all stakeholders with equal parts determination and kindness.
Well-honed adaptability
The market is changing, we are a growing company, and yesterday’s challenge may not look anything like tomorrow’s. At ProCure on Demand we seek out smart, versatile team members. We are flexible in our offerings to customers. We try new things and relentlessly improve upon them to get to the best solution.
Deep respect for people and process
Life-changing and life-saving transplants wouldn’t be possible without organ donors. We have the highest respect for the decision to donate an organ and we are committed to safeguarding everything involved in fulfilling the donor’s choice. We believe our work is more than a job, it is a privilege to be a part of a process that connects one life to another.
Uncompromising quality
Good enough is not good enough. At ProCure on Demand the highest level of performance is required in order to deliver superior quality. We expect our team members to deliver exceptional work - every time - so we can deliver the best results to donors, patients, physicians, OPOs, transplant centers, industry partners and the entire transplant community.
Integrity as our foundation
Integrity is the foundation of who we are and it is the first thing we bring to every internal meeting and external interaction. We do what we promise. We hold ourselves accountable. We are reliable, hardworking and trustworthy.
